Delete your account

You can delete your Linearity account directly from within the app. The process includes a 30-day grace period before anything is permanently removed.

Before You Delete: Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Before proceeding, make sure to cancel your subscription separately to avoid future charges. See Cancellations for instructions.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open Linearity Curve or Linearity Move and go to the Profile icon in the top navigation

  2. Click Manage your account

  3. Choose Delete account

  4. Click Send Code — a verification code will be sent to your account email

  5. Enter the code and confirm

If you use the same Linearity account across both Curve and Move, you can start the deletion process from either app.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • There is a 30-day grace period before the deletion is finalized

  • All files stored in your Linearity account will be permanently deleted after 30 days

  • Files stored in iCloud or locally on your device are not affected

  • After deletion you will not be able to log in with your former account details in either app

Changed Your Mind?

If you'd like to cancel the deletion request, contact our support team within the 30-day grace period and we'll stop the process.
