Will I be charged if I cancel during the trial? No. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Your access continues until the 7 days are up.
Why has Apple placed a hold on my payment? If you started a trial through the App Store, Apple may temporarily hold funds on your payment method before the renewal date. This is not a charge — it is a standard Apple verification. Cancel on time and the hold will be released.
What happens if I don't cancel before the trial ends? Your trial will automatically convert into a paid yearly subscription and your payment method will be charged.
How do I cancel my App Store subscription? Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Linearity, and select Cancel Subscription.
How do I cancel my Stripe subscription? Log in to the Linearity Billing Portal with the email on your invoice, or contact our support team and we'll cancel it for you.
When does my access end after canceling? Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
Does canceling mean I get a refund? No. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
Can Linearity refund my App Store purchase? No. All App Store purchases are handled by Apple. We do not have access to App Store transactions and cannot process or influence refunds.
How do I request an App Store refund? Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the charge, and submit a refund request. Apple typically responds within a few days.
How long do I have to request an App Store refund? You must contact Apple within 14 days of the purchase date.
My App Store refund was declined. What can I do? You can contact Apple Support to ask for a review, or submit a follow-up request at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe the charge was unauthorized, you can also contact your bank or card provider. We are not able to override Apple's decisions.
How do I manage my App Store subscription? Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to view, cancel, or resubscribe.
How do I resubscribe after canceling? Go to the Subscriptions screen in your Apple ID settings, find Linearity under inactive subscriptions, and select a plan. You can also resubscribe directly through the Linearity app.
How do I manage my Stripe subscription? Log in to the Linearity Billing Portal using the email on your invoice. A one-time login link will be sent to that address.
What email do I use to log in to the billing portal? Use the email address shown on your Linearity invoice. If your account is linked to an Apple Hide My Email address, use that relay address — the login link will arrive in your real Apple ID inbox.
