Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and handled by Linearity. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund.
If your subscription was purchased on the web:
The payment was processed via Stripe
Linearity handles refund requests and approvals
Apple is not involved
Refunds are available:
Within 14 days from the purchase date
Only for web (Stripe) subscriptions
Subject to review and approval
Requests made after 14 days are usually not approved.
To request a Stripe refund, contact support at [email protected].
Include one of the following in your email:
The invoice number, or
The email address used on the invoice
This helps us locate the payment quickly.
If the refund is approved:
You’ll receive an email confirmation
The money is sent back to the original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
Canceling a subscription does not assume or trigger a refund
Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method
Processing time depends on your bank
