Stripe refunds

Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and handled by Linearity.

Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and handled by Linearity. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund.

Who Handles Stripe Refunds

If your subscription was purchased on the web:

  • The payment was processed via Stripe

  • Linearity handles refund requests and approvals

  • Apple is not involved

14-Day Refund Window

Refunds are available:

  • Within 14 days from the purchase date

  • Only for web (Stripe) subscriptions

  • Subject to review and approval

Requests made after 14 days are usually not approved.

How to Request a Refund

To request a Stripe refund, contact support at [email protected].

Include one of the following in your email:

  • The invoice number, or

  • The email address used on the invoice

This helps us locate the payment quickly.

What Happens After You Request a Refund

If the refund is approved:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation

  • The money is sent back to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Important Notes

  • Canceling a subscription does not assume or trigger a refund

  • Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank
