Manage Stripe (web) subscription

If your subscription was purchased through our website, you can view and manage it anytime through our Stripe billing portal.

If your subscription was purchased through our website, you can manage it at any time through our billing portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Go to the Linearity Billing Portal

  2. Enter the email address shown on your invoice

  3. A one-time login link will be sent to that email

  4. Click the link to access your subscription

From the portal you can update payment details, download invoices and cancel your subscription.

Using Apple's Hide My Email

If your Linearity account is linked to an Apple relay email address (e.g. [email protected]), use that relay address to request the login link, not your regular Apple ID email. The one-time link will be delivered to your real Apple ID inbox.

Not Sure Which Email to Use?

Check any previous invoice or receipt from Linearity, the email address it was sent to is the one to use for the portal login.
